This module automates the payment processes, ensuring seamless transactions, reminders, and follow-ups. It simplifies payment collection and tracking while enhancing customer communication.
How It Works: Surface Level #
When the automation fires:
- It triggers workflows based on payment statuses such as invoice sent, invoice paid, and checkout completed.
- It sends automated reminders and follow-ups for unpaid invoices.
- It manages transaction statuses and updates in real time.
- It integrates with other modules and updates tags based on payment actions.

Setup for Automated Communication:
Email/Text Templates:
- 9 Email/Text Templates: Pre-designed templates for various payment scenarios.
- Customization: Edit templates to include specific payment details and relevant content.
Workflows:
- Tag Routing -> Payment Automations (WF-0.0): Directs tags to appropriate workflows.
- Invoice Sent -> Reminders To Pay (WF-1.1): Engages clients to remind them of unpaid invoices.
