Creating visually stunning images using AI can elevate your marketing materials and streamline content creation. With the Content AI feature in your CRM, you can easily generate unique images tailored to your needs. This guide will walk you through the steps to create AI-generated images, customize them, and seamlessly save them in your Media Storage.

Navigate to the Media Storage section in your CRM, and click the AI button to start creating these Images using AI.
đź“ŚNOTE: Images created using Content AI can be used in a variety of places within your CRM, including funnels/websites, social media, and more!
Describe Your Image #
Describe the image you want to create, and AI will give you samples you can choose from. Click “Try an example” to get a generated sample which will help you better understand how the AI works.
Number of Variations #
Select the number of variations you want Content AI to create. For example, if you select 4, Content AI will generate 4 different images based on your description.
NOTE: The maximum number of variations is Four (4).
Choose Your Image Style #
Select the image style you would like for your image. You have options such as Photography, Digital Art, and Fine Art. Once you click on the image style you would like to use, click the Generate button to have Content AI generate your image.
Generate AI Image #
Once you have clicked the Generate button, you will see the image variations the Content AI created. The Description and Style that you have chosen will show in the top left of the pop-up.
Generate New Content #
If you want to make edits to your previous choices, click on the Generate new content button to return you to the Content AI page.
Image Preview #
To preview or select an image, click on the image and you will see it appear on the right side of the pop-up. This is especially useful when you have generated multiple images.
Edit With Ask AI #
Use this tool to refine images instead of going back to the initial screen.
Enter a prompt to refine the image in a conversational flow. This includes completely changing the image or modifying specific elements, such as its color, composition, or background.
When editing, Ask AI preserves your session history, enabling seamless iterative improvements throughout the process.
đź“ŚNOTE: Edits are tied to the specific image variation you started from.
Click “Use this image” to send the final edited image back to the Content AI modal.
Provide feedback using the thumbs up or down buttons (1), and save the image to your media library or copy it to your clipboard using the relevant icons (2).
Final Steps #
The Ask AI image will be clearly tagged and listed among the available variants. After selecting your preferred image, rate the content and click the Continue button to save it to the Media Storage. To discard your selection, click Cancel instead.
The Content AI feature simplifies image creation, allowing you to generate customized visuals in just a few steps. By leveraging this tool, you can save time and enhance your content with high-quality, AI-generated images.
