Step 1: Set Up Your Tags #
- Navigate to Tags: In your Aiphilia dashboard, go to Settings > Tags.
- Create New Tag: Click on ‘Create Tag’, name it ‘Referral Offer Redeemed’, and save the tag.
Step 2: Design Your Workflow #
- Go to Automations: From the Aiphilia dashboard, navigate to Automations.
- Create a New Workflow: Click ‘Create Workflow’ and name it ‘Referral Offer Redemption Workflow’.
- Set the Trigger: Add a trigger that initiates this workflow when a referral offer is redeemed. This could be a form submission, a link click, or another event indicating redemption.
- Example Trigger: Select ‘Form Submitted’ and then select the specific form.
- Add an Action to Tag Contact: After setting the trigger, add an action to apply the ‘Referral Offer Redeemed’ tag.
- Action: Select ‘Add Tag’ and choose ‘Referral Offer Redeemed’.
- Stop Follow-Up Sequences: Add an action to remove the contact from any ongoing referral automation sequences.
- Action: Select ‘Remove from Workflow’ and choose the referral follow-up workflows that should be stopped.
Step 3: Review and Optimize Workflow #
- Check Tag Routing: Ensure the ‘Referral Offer Redeemed’ tag correctly triggers the necessary actions.
- Review the tag routing to confirm that this tag stops the designated referral automations.
- Review Referral Automations: Go through your existing referral automation workflows to ensure they are set to stop when the ‘Referral Offer Redeemed’ tag is applied.
- Check each workflow and add a condition at the start that stops the automation if the ‘Referral Offer Redeemed’ tag is present.
Final Workflow Review #
- Test the Workflow: Simulate a referral offer redemption by triggering the workflow manually or through a test submission. Verify that the ‘Referral Offer Redeemed’ tag is applied and that any referral follow-up sequences are stopped.
- Adjust as Needed: If the workflow does not perform as expected, go back and adjust the triggers, actions, or conditions. Ensure everything is linked correctly.
