- Click on AI Agents from your sub-account.
- Click on the Voice AI tab.
- Agent List will display all the available Voice AI agents.

- From the Voice AI list, click the name of the agent you wish to upgrade. or
- Click on the three dots beside the agent name and click on Edit.
Tip: Ensure this is the correct agent, as the upgrade is permanent.

- Click Upgrade to New Voice AI Experience, on the top-left corner of the update agent page.
- Review the benefits of upgrading, as displayed in the modal.
- Click Upgrade to New Voice AI Experience to complete the upgrade process.
